چکیده
Medical femtosecond laser devices are used in dermatology for non-linear high-resolution imaging to obtain non-invasive and label-free optical skin biopsies (multiphoton tomography) as well ophthalmology refractive corneal surgery cataract surgery. Applications of commercial certified multiphoton tomographs include early detection cancer within minutes by two-photon autofluorescence coenzymes melanin second harmonic collagen testing the efficacy pharmaceutical cosmetical products. Goals (i) reduce number physically taken human hospitals research institutions, (ii) optimize personalized medicine, (iii) animal studies pharmacy. Current diagnostic tools surface microscopy with a dermatoscope ultrasound but have poor resolution. Optical coherence tomography confocal reflectance better resolution provide limited information based on changes intratissue index. Multiphoton provides best all clinical methods offer functional such metabolic lifetime imaging. eye treatment replacement mechanical microkeratomes flap generation, UV nanosecond excimer stroma removal, replace, part, scalpel cataracts other diseases. So far, millions treatments been conducted around world. The major disadvantage current medical is high price compared standard devices.

Femtosecond laser cataract surgery
Femtosecond laser (FSL) cataract surgery is in its infancy but is rapidly gaining popularity due to the improved consistency and predictability for corneal incisions and anterior capsulorhexis. It enables subsequently less phacoemulsification energy and time to be employed, which has gains in terms of reduced corneal oedema. In addition, the FSL allows better circularity of the anterior capsulo...

متن کاملFemtosecond Laser Cataract Surgery
Cataract surgery with intraocular lens (IOL) implantation is the most common ophthalmic surgical procedure worldwide. It is also the most common operation for correction of refractive errors, performed over five times more frequently than corneal refractive procedures. In developed countries, phacoemulsification is the predominant form of cataract surgery, accounting for more than 90% of all op...

Time dispersion plays an important role in the propagation of femtosecond pulses through water. The combined e ects of time dispersion, radial di raction and the Kerr nonlinearity on the pulse propagation are analyzed and it is shown that normal time dispersion leads to signi cant temporal broadening of ultrashort pulses and that it increases the threshold power for catastrophic self-focusing.

Today, with the use of small incisions and foldable intraocular lenses (IOLs), cataract extraction has become a safer and more effective surgery. However, despite the many advances over the years, the current state of cataract surgery still has safety concerns and refractive limitations. Complications such as endophthalmitis, posterior capsule rupture and cystoid macular edema still arise. The ...
